Nagaraj Pasula brings together corporate experience, sales leadership, and real estate expertise to Sahi Title. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Nagaraj began his professional journey with established organisations including Eureka Forbes, Suzuki, and ING Life, where he developed extensive experience in customer relations, business operations, sales management, and building long-term customer relationships.
His career later took him into the real estate sector, where he was involved in large-scale residential and plotted development projects. He successfully led sales efforts for 368 residential flats at Shweta Developers in Hyderabad and worked with Indis Group and other plotted development ventures. This experience gave him firsthand exposure to the realities of property transactions - including customer expectations, documentation, ownership concerns, market dynamics, and the challenges buyers can face when adequate verification is overlooked.
Why he started Sahi Title
Nagaraj's experience in real estate made one thing increasingly clear: a property transaction should never be based on assumptions alone. Having witnessed challenges surrounding ownership verification, legal compliance, documentation, and transaction risks, he founded Sahi Title with a purpose - to bring greater trust, transparency, and accountability to the real estate process.
Today, he leads Sahi Title with a focus on helping property buyers, investors, owners, and sellers make better-informed decisions through professional verification, due diligence, documentation, execution support, and property protection.
